South Africa deals with online gambling law as well

In the last 18 months, with no similarity to what has been going on in the Unites States the last month, the South African government is dealing with the same question exactly - is credit money given in online gambling is a moral standard to use? Probably the American law will reinforce the life of this debate. The law in the Unites States forbids clearly that no online casino can receive credit card money for his online gambling service. Will it be an influence on other parts of the world of online gambling? Only time will tell.
The law in the Unites States was cocked for 5 years, but only last week the providers where able to pass in the senate. Last weekend US president George Bush signed the law and made it official. The law says it is illegal for online gambling operators to receive or pass payments through the American credit cards companies. The lucky parts are that the law does not mind out side credit payments and payments received out side of the United States are just fine. Some online gambling games are not considered wrong, such as trivia online gambling and more.
Voices of change are rising both in the good and the bad way. Many countries are now discussing the changes that were made in the online gambling community in the US. But the other part of the debate is the results of the changes that were made, that clearly shows the online gambling industry is doing very well - and even if the changes will be made in South Africa, the casinos will survive and make good income.
